AuctionAdvantage.net is a ".net" company.  The AuctionAdvantage.net web site is an auction forum designed to let the Seller take more control over the sale of his or her own property.  A Broker or Auctioneer is not necessary to buy or sell on the site; however, not all auctions should be conducted without enlisting the services of a professional.

 AuctionAdvantage.net was formed by a real estate consulting firm specializing in the marketing, due diligence and sale of portfolios of properties.  The founders of AuctionAdvantage.net have been in the auction business for 9 years working for AAA clients such as the RTC, FDIC, First Union National Bank, Aetna Insurance Company, J. P. King Auction Company, A. Marketing Network, David Kaufman & Co. and many individual sellers of all types of properties including, commercial properties, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, resorts, golf courses, homes, luxury properties and premier farms and ranches.

After working with so many Sellers, Auctioneers and Brokers, the founders decided that what was needed was an auction format in which the Seller could be take control of his own destiny and conduct his own auction on his own terms with the format and guidance necessary to finalize the transaction without costing him a fortune.  This format would allow as much or as little help at the choice of the Seller.

AuctionAdvantage.net is looking for the right partner(s) or investor(s).  A business plan is available to qualified, interested parties.  All parties must execute a confidentiality agreement and a non-compete agreement prior to viewing the business plan.
